The Bentonville football team will host Class 4A champ Shiloh Christian, Mountain Home and Oklahoma power Jenks for a two-day camp at Tiger Stadium starting Thursday.
The camp (9:30-3:30 Thursday and 8:30-noon Friday) will feature position drills, full-team scrimmages and plenty of Division I talent.
Bentonville’s Marcus Danenhauer (Arkansas) and Shiloh’s Kiehl Frazier (Auburn) and Samuel Harvill (Kansas State). Jenks, Oklahoma’s Class 6A runner-up, has two commitments to Tulsa.
The Tigers also debuted a new website — www.bentonvillefootball.com — this week. Bentonville coaches are excited about the site, which will feature schedules, rosters, photos, stories and information about the program.
It also has a countdown clock to the Tigers’ season opener against North Little Rock – only 86 days away.
