Following Tuesday’s practice, Bentonville football coach Barry Lunney instructed his varsity players to be there at 6:30 a.m. today to watch film of Tuesday’s session. They were also instructed to wear a certain T-shirt and shorts for “a picture to be taken.”
But there was no picture.
Instead, there was a surprise in store for the players. After viewing the film, Lunney was giving his players a little treat on their final day off before the start of school on Thursday.
The Tigers were treated to a little breakfast, then they boarded busses and headed to Fayetteville to watch Arkansas’ morning practice.
