Har-Ber 7-on-7 Sweeps Day 1 in Tuscaloosa

The Springdale Har-Ber football team is competing at the Nick Saban 7-on-7 Elite Tournament in Tuscaloosa, Ala., this weekend, and finished Friday’s pool play undefeated.

I got a text from Har-Ber coach Chris Wood last night, who updated me on the scores.

Har-Ber – 29
Calaway, Ga. – 21

Har-Ber – 32
Northwest Rankin, Miss. – 12

Har-Ber – 28
Berry, Ala. – 2

Har-Ber – 28
Duluth, Ga. – 23

The Wildcats will play three more pool games today (Saturday) followed by the tournament. Check back for updates.
