Bryant softball loses ace pitcher in state semifinal victory

BRYANT — Bryant will play Bentonville on May 19 for the state championship at Bogle Park in Fayetteville, but there’s a chance the Lady Hornets be without ace pitcher Peyton Jenkins.

Fort Smith Northside girls basketball coach Rickey Smith didn’t think a 7A-West Conference championship would be won by the Lady Bears this season. Especially after the team lost just about everyone to graduation from last season’s roster.
